At Textile Mirror (textilemirror.in), we strive to provide reliable and timely delivery of our physical newspapers as well as immediate access to our digital content. This policy covers both physical newspaper shipping and digital subscription delivery.

A. Physical Newspaper Shipping & Delivery

Service Coverage & Methods

• Local Daily Delivery: For subscribers within our primary delivery network (vendor routes), physical newspapers are delivered directly to your registered address daily.
• Courier / Postal Service: For subscribers residing outside our local vendor network, physical newspapers or weekly/monthly editions are dispatched via standard postal or courier services.

Delivery Timings

• Daily Local Delivery: Delivered every morning between 6:00 AM and 8:30 AM (subject to local traffic, weather, or distribution constraints).
• Courier / Postal Subscriptions: Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of subscription confirmation. Delivery time typically varies between 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

• Local delivery charges are included in your subscription plan unless specified otherwise at checkout.
• Out-of-station courier/postage fees will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on the delivery location and duration of the subscription.

Address Changes & Suspension of Service

If you need to change your delivery address or temporarily pause physical deliveries (e.g., while on vacation), please notify us at least 48 hours in advance via email at support@textilemirror.in or through your account dashboard.

Damaged or Missing Physical Issues

If your daily issue is missing, delayed, or received in a damaged condition, please inform our customer support within 24 hours of expected delivery for prompt resolution or account credit.

B. Digital Newspaper Delivery

Access Method

Digital subscriptions — including E-Paper, PDF downloads, or website premium content — are delivered electronically.

Delivery Time

Upon successful payment, digital subscriptions are activated immediately (or within 15 to 30 minutes).

Delivery Charges

There are no shipping or handling fees for digital content delivery.
