Thank you for subscribing to Textile Mirror. Please read this policy carefully regarding cancellations and returns for both physical and digital subscriptions.
A. Digital Newspaper Subscriptions
No Returns / Non-Refundable
Due to the immediate availability and non-tangible nature of digital content (e-paper, online access), all digital subscription sales are final and non-refundable once payment is processed and access is activated.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems accessing your digital newspaper after purchase, please contact our support team. If we are unable to resolve a verified technical issue preventing access for more than 7 consecutive days, a prorated refund or plan extension may be issued at our sole discretion.
B. Physical Newspaper Subscriptions
The following terms apply to physical print newspaper subscriptions purchased through Textile Mirror.
Cancellation Prior to Dispatch
You may cancel a physical newspaper subscription within 24 hours of placing the order, provided physical delivery has not commenced. A full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Mid-Term Subscription Cancellation
Pre-paid Subscriptions
If you wish to cancel an active long-term physical subscription (e.g., annual or semi-annual), you must send a cancellation request 14 days in advance. Refunds for the remaining unused full calendar months will be calculated on a prorated basis (minus any applicable administrative or handling fees).
Non-refundable Period
Months or days during which newspapers have already been printed or dispatched cannot be refunded.
Damaged or Undelivered Physical Copies
If a physical newspaper issue arrives heavily damaged, or if delivery is repeatedly missed by local vendors, please report it within 24–48 hours.
Upon verification, Textile Mirror will either:
- Issue a credit extension — adding extra days to your subscription, or
- Process a prorated refund for the missing or damaged issues.
